It's actually got 2 names, The City of the Dead or Horror Hotel. Not sure where you get "The New city of thé satanists" from but it has nothing to do with this movie as far as I can find.

I couldn't, they are all back just no longer near the planter, they are all over the lawn but I have plenty of weeds they seem to enjoy eating. I haven't seen my hedgehogs for a long time, I think that plus the wet weather we've had is the reason of my slug infestation.

@@SimonWard1 Excellent to hear. Weather here is spotty at best. Unusual for Vancouver - the tropic of Canada 🇨🇦 glad to know someone's having great weather, something the UK isn't known for. Maybe we've switched poles! 😀

We have had a good couple of days of sun but forecast for tomorrow and Sunday is cloudy and rain from Monday onwards, probably be snowing next week lol.

No problem at all, I hope you enjoy it. I do the work myself from home with an RTX4090, Ryzen9 CPU, 64GB RAM and AI licensed software. Colorisation is never perfect but I do my best. I have also restored the same movie in 4K at 60fps, link is in the description should you not enjoy the colorisation.

They get drunk first so they don't feel a thing lol.

It seems so. I think they drink a few beers and sliver away, happy until the hangover hits them no doubt lol.

I still have about 2 million left on the lawn at night. It goes to show how damp its been in the UK over the last 10 months.

@@wild_rose Only 3 times, I ended up using pellets around the plants, hated doing that but they no longer attack them, only the lawn which I don't mind at all because they seem to be eating the weeds. I think the best place to put the beer trap is away from the plants, I had it in the same grow bed as the plants so probably attracted more slugs. I leave them be on the lawn, they are good at keeping the weeds down.

I think they had a hangover for a few days, plants all gone again :( The snails, you will see one in the video, go and have a drink and then go off, not in a very straight line :)

Yes cutting them in half does sound quite morbid. I like the idea that they are able to have a drink, get drunk and then expire, probably not knowing they are expiring lol.

I have bad news I'm afraid. I worked on the restoration, it took 3 tries but the end result is awful. I am looking into why my GPU RTX4090 isn't doing as it should with the software. I think there is an issue. The original actually looked better than the restoration. I think I have a hardware problem. My kids are in bed now so I'm troubleshooting and will get it done hopefully asap for you.

Thank you. Yes I need a lot of drives because it's important to store all the work I do as a hard copy. Each enhancement is between 18GB and 80GB, depending on the length of each film and if I use 4K or HD. Very time consuming. I'm having a little break from it but will be uploading 2 or 3 a week, leaving the PC to do the work which can take between 20 - 70 hours per restoration.

Wow, thank you for the info, that's quite incredible. Now I'm trying to imagine The Sound of Music covered by Guns and Roses lol.

Thank you for watching. I will be including the before and after in every restoration that I do. I think it's good to show that I do work on the restorations, it helps with the "re-used" content policy that RUclips have but also I find it quite interesting too, seeing the side by side. Just takes a lot longer to put together than a straight restoration upload. iMovie is what I use to stitch the parts together, my Macbook is beginning to fail me, what was hours can take days!
